At Anew Genesis Wellness Center, our qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) provide federally regulated evaluations and support for individuals working in safety-sensitive positions. We specialize in guiding clients through the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Return-to-Duty Process, including: - Step 1: Comprehensive initial substance use assessment - Step 2: Development of individualized education or treatment recommendations - Step 3: Monitoring completion of the treatment plan - Step 4: Final follow-up evaluation to determine readiness for return to duty Whether you're a driver, operator, or employee in a safety-sensitive role, our SAPs ensure compliance with DOT regulations while offering empathetic support, professional integrity, and a clear path forward.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice, but not less than 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a standard cancellation fee of $50. Thank you for your understanding.
