Return & Refund Policy

1. Wellness Products:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items such as perishable goods are not returnable if the seal to the packaging has been tampered with 

  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@anewgenesiswellness.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

2. Wellness Subscription Boxes:

  • Subscription Box Returns:

    • Due to the nature of our subscription boxes, all items included in the boxes are final sales and non-returnable.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item in your subscription box, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the box for assistance. We may offer a replacement or a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Wellness Services:

  • Service Cancellation:

    • If you need to cancel a booked service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds for Services:

    • Refunds for services will be processed based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation or dissatisfaction. Please contact our customer support to discuss your case.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
