Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options.

  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 4-6 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and external factors like weather or delays.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Orders over $X (insert amount) qualify for free standard shipping (domestic only).

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package’s status.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated in the system after shipment.

International Shipping:

  • We DO NOT ship internationally to select countries. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. Once an item has left our warehouse, we cannot control its handling by the carrier.

  • In the case of a lost package or delay, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. You can use the tracking number to initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier.

  • If your package shows as "delivered" according to the carrier's tracking, but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office, neighbors, or household members for assistance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Subscription Boxes:

  • Subscription boxes are shipped on a monthly basis. The shipping date for each month is the 15th.

  • Subscription box orders placed after the 10th of the month will be processed for the following month's shipment.​

Pricing and Payment:

  • All prices listed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure checkout process.
